Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end Procure to Pay processes
- Handle the entire invoice processing cycle, including reconciliation and timely resolution of errors
- Collect and track W-9s for all new vendors; support in annual 1099 reporting
- Maintain documentation and appropriate approval for all transactions
- Set-up and maintain fixed asset management in NetSuite
- Handle the entire invoice processing cycle, cash application including reconciliation and timely resolution of errors
- Maintain cash payment/burn forecast
- Responsible for credit cards, reimbursement and expense coding
- Maintain users’ budget in Brex system
- Support monthly close process including prepaids reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries as needed
- Support process improvements initiative
- Support ad hoc and audit requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in accounting software systems, preferably Oracle/NetSuite
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to details and excellent organizational skills with the capability to multi-task
- Outstanding skills in MS Office suite
- Demonstrated experience in process automation and improvement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- An undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting required
