Aisin Corporation is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality controls and product check methods, working closely with manufacturing floor side activities, and utilizing preventative quality techniques to improve product quality.
You will lead corrective action activities from beginning to end with cross-functional groups, complete quantitative reports on quality issues, and effectively communicate with management. Additionally, you will lead inspection activities with inspectors and technicians, analyze data to assist with Kaizen activities, and create APQP documents and help set up processes for new products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in interpreting product drawings and technical standards. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Proficiency in SQL and data analytical skills are also required, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft software packages.
