Product Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. This includes:

• Interpreting product drawings and technical standards to develop and implement quality controls and product check methods.
• Working closely with manufacturing floor side activities to ensure seamless production.
• Utilizing preventative quality techniques to improve product quality, reduce in-line defects, and reduce scrap.
• Leading corrective action activities from beginning to end with cross-functional groups.
• Completing quantitative reports on quality issues and effectively communicating with management.
• Leading inspection activities with inspectors and technicians.
• Analyzing data to assist with Kaizen activities.
• Creating APQP documents and helping set up processes for new products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in interpreting product drawings and technical standards. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Proficiency in SQL and data analytical skills are also required, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft software packages.
