Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist, reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources, oversees the full cycle recruiting and drives the staffing strategy to meet the company's current and future manpower needs. This position is key to building a robust workforce for AISIN Manufacturing Illinois & AISIN Electronics Illinois by effectively managing the recruitment process for both temporary and direct hires, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Other duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist include:
- Post both general and professional job openings to the HRIS system, monitor job posting performance and make changes as needed.
- Source candidates using job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn) to find potential candidates.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate's skills, career goals and salary expectations.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate/conduct additional interviews throughout the hiring phase.
- Draft and present job offers. Work as a liaison between HR manager and applicant during times of salary negotiation.
- Provide continuous support to onboarding candidates. This includes scheduling pre-employment drug screening, physicals and criminal background checks.
- Meet recruitment objectives and performance metrics to ensure efficient operation and successful execution of hiring plans.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative support.
- Nurture supplier relationships with external recruitment agencies and other service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of service needs.
- Monitor and continuously improve the candidate experience to uphold the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management, recommending improvements or changes to strategies as needed.
- Work with supervisor to ensure effective use of recruitment budget, available resources and alignment with financial guidelines.
- Lead employer branding initiatives, working closely with the public relations team to enhance the company's presence in relevant markets and platforms.
- Assist as needed during new hire orientations
- Any other duties that may be assigned

Minimum Level of Preparation & Training Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous recruiting/marketing experience is preferred.
Salary Range:
$49,888 - $59,400
