Job Summary :
The Machine Quality Team Member will Perform TPM duties on all manufacturing equipment and all jigs associated with the equipment. These TMs must gain knowledge on necessary hand tools, jigs, and measurement gauging to complete all required duties within the spectrum of the MQ TM's job responsibilities.
Please be advised that skills testing will be completed as part of the assessment for this role
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Complete work on all jigs that must be rebuilt.
Complete all TPM items that are assigned to each TM.
Documenting all work performed as assigned
Utilize a variety of tools, including jigs, measurement gauges, and hand tools to complete assigned repairs
Troubleshoot assigned jigs when needed
Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
Complete daily work using standard work instructions
Adhere to all quality and safety standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Work within any assigned area, whether it be MQ Workstations or the manufacturing line.
Identify and communicate critical issues to management
Effectively communicate with cross-functional Team Members from all AWNC department
Other duties as assigned
Core Accountabilities :
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tools & equipment
Maintain a safety working environment and follow all safety procedures
Report quality issues to supervisor to ensure that issues are investigated and corrected.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
Ability to follow standard work to complete assigned tasks
