Position Summary
This position will function to support sales activities for Body products to various OEM’s and automotive parts suppliers.
Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Provide support to the Sales teams with daily activity.
- Track and report requests for quotes (RFQs) for multiple customers.
- Daily customer portal review and manage the related documents for Tool verification, invoicing, tracking and customer’s survey.
- Support Price Updates related to the service part sales with our various customers.
- Support entering price into customer’s portal under the instruction of the Sales team.
- Engineering change instruction (ECI) tracking and coordination with the Sales teams.
- Open invoice and retro-payment coordination with Sales and Accounting.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Sales experience, including internship or Co-op, in a professional environment, ideally automotive.
- Multitasking skills/ task control
- Due date control/ Time management
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Computer literacy: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboard), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Education/Training/Certifications
- Associate’s degree
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 5 %
- Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
