Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance supplier partnerships
- Liaise with customers and overseas facilities to ensure seamless new model launches
- Lead document review and submission processes for customer portals
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive quality improvements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
