Wireless Sales Representative

To succeed as one of our Sales Associates, you must be self-motivated and results driven with a commitment to maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude under pressure and have a passion for learning about our wide range of products.

Experience, Skills and Abilities needed:
Direct sales or relevant experience, at least 1 year. Wireless retail experience is preferred
Must be Bilingual - Spanish

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude. Basic computer proficiency, excellent verbal skills, multitasking and interpersonal skills .Available to work days, evenings and holidays .Ability to work on your own with little supervision!!!!Excellent customer service skills, will power and the drive to succeed ! What you will do:

· Actively listen to customers and then provide them with solutions that are exactly what they need.

· Engage customers about our great new products that can enhance their phone/service experience.

· Guide and assist all our customers with their new products and services.

· Build a loyal customer base

· Provide the best customer experience possible!

· You must be able to work in different stores within the St. Louis area.

· You must be able to stand for long periods of time. You will be expected to stand whenever there is a customer in the store

· Complete regular sales and operational store duties, not limited to cleaning, stocking, calling customers as a follow-up to your great service, opening and closing the retail location, counting inventory and store layout changes
