What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Visual Product Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a superstar with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Highly experienced and efficient, detail-oriented, with excellent organization and artistic / creative direction.

You will join a team of UI, UX, and graphic designers that move fast to deliver the highest value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to build products from 0 to 1, develop branded materials, and continually improve products with new feature development and strategy.
  • Create user-centric designs that beautifully simplify complex workflows.
  • Maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all product touch-points.
  • Create and maintain Figma prototypes and other UI artifacts that effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders.
  • Create project briefs and manage feedback rounds with UI / graphic / motion designers.
  • Utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, data visualization, creative thinking, and visual design skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates design process and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent with Figma, Notion, and Slack.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers.
  • Knowledge of UI & UX design principles and methodologies, including user research, prototyping, testing, and Atomic Design Systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is a requirement).
  • If not based in New York must be available for a daily meeting with the NYC team between 5pm-7pm EST OR 9am-11am EST.

  • Experience with animation branding and logo design.
  • Experience with AfterEffects, Cinema4D, creating 3D assets, IxD.

    • Please note : This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a Full-Time position for interested candidates.
