*Time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day from 8am to 5pm
**Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

- Achieve the monthly and annual sales quotas set by the manager
- Visit customers and potential customers to provide support, information and sell the company’s products, with a particular focus on Japanese-speaking customers
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure payments are collected on time
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building relationships of trust
- Respond quickly to all customers and communicate with them
- Coordinate urgent deliveries with customers and warehouses to meet customer needs
- Explain how products and services benefit customers
- Enter and update orders quickly in the company database
- Maintain company vehicles and drive safely in accordance with company vehicle management regulations
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Attend semi-annual inventory checks on the assigned day, and in some cases on weekends
- Attend internal events and functions held outside of normal working hours
- Other duties as assigned
- Be available to respond to all management requests when required
- Conversational level English required; Business level English preferred
- Business level Japanese required; Fluent level Japanese strongly preferred
- Has and maintains a clean driving record
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Works efficiently independently and in a team
- Adapts to frequent changes in assignments and workload
- Passes the Sake Adviser course within 1 year of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree and above preferred
- Minimum 3 years of food wholesale/distribution experience required, preferably in the Japanese food industry
- 5 years of food wholesale/distribution experience preferred
