Japanese Customer Support – Airport Shuttle Guide Staff

aiTWorks, an employment agency (https://hr.aitworks.com/) is looking for a Japanese Customer Support （ Airport Shuttle Guide Staff) at a Japanese travel agency in Honolulu,HI.

This role involves providing Japanese-language guidance and assistance to customers around the Waikiki area. The main responsibilities include offering friendly and attentive support to customers using the trolley and airport shuttle bus services.

Working Hours:

• Between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with an 8-hour shift (1-hour lunch break)
• 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays (shift schedule applies)
• Holiday work will be compensated with holiday pay (salary determined after probation period, based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers during trolley boarding and disembarking, providing directions in Japanese
• Guide customers from the Honolulu Airport shuttle drop-off area to the Waikiki lounge
• Perform basic PC tasks
• Conversational English proficiency is sufficient

Requirements:

• Ability to offer clear and polite assistance in Japanese
• Ability to stand and walk for 5-6 hours at a time
• Available to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays (work days negotiable)
• English proficiency: conversational level (able to provide basic guidance in English)
