HRAIT/aiTWorks, a Japanese IT and Recruiting company, is looking for candidate who can work as a recruiter (entry level) in downtown LA, CA

*Position: Recruiter (entry level)
*Job Type: Full-Time
*Working Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm
*Office: downtown LA area（hybrid)
*Salary: $18〜$25 Hourly (Depends on your abilities or experience)
*Job Description:
- Communicating with our existing clients and new clients via email, text, phone call, or Zoom meeting in Japanese as well as English. (In-Person: Occasionally)
- Researching
- Suggesting marketing strategies or improvement plans to develop our business sales
- Finding new clients through email marketing or social media marketing
- Providing a presentation for new clients via Zoom meeting or in-person
- Supporting candidates who utilize on our date-base via email, text, phone call, or Zoom meeting in Japanese and English.
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly report. Sharing it in a weekly meetings with CEO, a director, and other co-workers.
- Attending to corporate and team meeting
- Date entry on our date-base and excel
- Updating our website and social media occasionally
- Communicating with other departments such as IT teams and executive assistant etc...
*Requirements:
- Must English: Native or Business Level
- Must Japanese: Native or Fluent (JPLT N1 Level)
- Basic Computer Skills (Able to use MS Office and Google Suits)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Abilities to be prompt and attend appointments on time
- Office Work Experience
- Any interest in Recruiting and Human Resource industries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
