＜仕事概要＞
食品メーカーにおける顧客からの受注～製品出荷までのサポート業務

＜仕事内容＞

・顧客から受領した発注書を ERP に入力（工場への製造発注含む）

・出荷予定時期を確認、顧客に通知

・ 各注文の進捗確認、状況に応じて顧客に連絡

・ 出荷確認、経理に連絡

・ 顧客、あるいは新規顧客候補からの質疑応答

・ 自社ブランド製品の在庫確認、情報更新

・顧客の発注パターン分析、顧客への再発注案内等

・サンプル品の収集、顧客への発送

・【その他】 必要に応じ、上長からの指示に従ってその他の業務/雑務を行う

＜必要事項＞

・食品メーカーでの受発注管理経験がある方、または類似業務の経験がある方。（1 年以上歓迎）

・カスタマーサポートや営業事務などの関連職経験がある方

・問題解決力があり、細部に注意を払う能力

・基本的なPC スキル（Excel、データ入力、スキャナー操作など）

・ チームワークとコミュニケーション能力（顧客・営業部・生産部との連携）

・言語：日本語（ビジネス会話レベル～流暢レベル）、英語（ビジネス会話レベル以上）

aiTWorks, an employment agency (https://hr.aitworks.com/job-seeker/) is looking for a candidate who can work as an Sales Assistant at a Japanese food manufacturer.

Support tasks from customer order receipt to product shipment in a food manufacturing company.

・Enter customer orders received into the ERP system (including manufacturing orders for the factory).
・Confirm the scheduled shipment date and notify the customer.
・Monitor the progress of each order and communicate with the customer based on the situation.
・Confirm shipment and notify the accounting department.
・Respond to inquiries from customers or potential new clients.
・Check stock levels for in-house branded products and update information.
・Analyze customer order patterns and provide reordering suggestions to customers.
・Collect sample products and ship them to customers.
・Other duties: Perform other tasks or miscellaneous work as instructed by supervisors when necessary.

・Experience in order management or similar tasks in a food manufacturing company (1 year or more preferred).
・Experience in customer support, sales administration, or related roles.
・Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
・Basic PC skills (Excel, data entry, scanner operation, etc.).
・Teamwork and communication skills (collaboration with customers, sales, and production departments).
・Language skills: Japanese (business-level to fluent level), English (business-level or higher).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
