*Positions: Sushi Chef
*Salary: $20-$23(DOE)
*Working hours: 5 -Day work week – Closed Sunday & Monday

・Sushi Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality sushi, including traditional nigiri, rolls, and sashimi.
・Menu Development: Create new menu items incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
・Ingredient Selection and Management: Choose fresh, top-quality seafood and vegetables, negotiate with suppliers.
・Food Safety and Hygiene Management: Ensure kitchen cleanliness, proper storage methods, and prevent cross-contamination.
・Presentation: Serve visually appealing sushi with beautiful and enticing presentation.
・Customer Service: Interact with customers at the counter, explain ingredients and dishes, and accommodate special requests.
・Team Management: Provide guidance, training, and collaborate with other chefs and staff, manage schedules, etc.
・3 years proven Sushi Chef experience working in an upscale establishment
・Knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions, industry trends and sushi-making
methods
・Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
・Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
・Excellent food handling skills to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
・Ensure proper labeling and dating, as well as holding and rotating techniques for
storage
・Maintain a clean and organized work area
・Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
・Uphold presentation standards for all sushi dishes served
・Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
