We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Milpitas office. As a member of the Human Resources team, Reporting to HR Director, working with a few other HR team members, you will have the opportunity to involve or responsible for functions across HR from Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and HR Shared Services etc. You will have opportunities to lead impactful project or improve routine HR support processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for full employee recruiting cycle for all level of positions and be the employer branding ambassador.
- Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding, status change and record keeping.
- Understand, interpret or may help creating or modifying HR related policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Facilitate employee performance appraisals and annual salary planning.
- Be an employee advocate and handle employee relations issues.
- Be a role model and advocate for company branding and culture.
- Perform other related HR projects, duties and tasks when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 1-3 year experiences in HR generalist or specialist role
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Teamwork-oriented and good problem-solver
- Detail oriented and prioritizing and organizing skills
- Quick learner and can-do attitude
- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
