Responsibilities :
- In the initial phase, be responsible for daily operations and maintenance of IT systems in the R&D domain, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Detect and resolve issues in real-time to ensure the stable operation of systems, tools, and platforms used by R&D teams globally, supporting the smooth progress of R&D work. In the subsequent phase, as the company's IT infrastructure evolves, oversee the regular inspection and maintenance of all company systems.
- Respond promptly to issues raised by business departments regarding IT systems, analyze complex issues to identify root causes, and develop solutions.
- Responsible for application system deployment, version management, and technical support.
- Develop and execute data backup strategies to ensure data security and recoverability.
- Write technical documentation and operation manuals related to system operations.
- Prepare regular operational reports, risk assessment reports, etc., to report the system's operational status to senior management.
- In the initial phase, assist global R&D and IT teams with system deployment, migration, and testing to ensure the smooth launch of systems or certain functions. In the later phase, assist other global business teams with system or functionality deployment.
- Collaborate closely with international project managers to implement and deliver IT projects, working with development teams and business departments to ensure project success.
- Work closely with team members worldwide to jointly address cross-regional operational issues.
