GSS works closely with CM / PM to effectively manage and train Superintendents. GSS works side by side to mentor, manage, and train new and current superintendents. This includes assisting the Superintendents’ assimilation into the RSVC culture driven by its core ethos, E.P.A..The GSS is to recognize areas of improvement needed on an individual superintendent basis and implement training plans for his team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES : Effectively Handles all Scheduling for Superintendents daily by using Workforce PlanningSets standards for how updates go out to project managersDevelop superintendents in MPP for SchedulingTracks / Maintains all safety certs for supers, if any are needed to get superintendents up to date on certsDevelop trust and teamwork with all superintendentsUnderstanding each project schedule and health.
