Job Description
- Patient-Centered Care: Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and vital sign measurements to assess and monitor patient health. Accurately record comprehensive patient information to support informed medical decisions.
- Empower Patient Wellness: Champion patient success by guiding individuals through examinations and treatments with compassion. Ensure patient comfort and confidence during medical procedures and consultations.
- Facilitate Coordination and Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for patients, facilitating clear communication and ensuring continuity of care. Coordinate referrals, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments to streamline patient care pathways.
