Summary / Objective :
A.J. Brauer Stone is seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Coordinator to oversee the coordination of all inbound and outbound trucks for production as well as completed customer orders. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations, maintaining safety standards, and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Essential Functions :

- Record load lists : Consisting of all material loaded on all outbound trucks.
- Load materials and products onto flatbeds, trailers and box trucks, using industrial trucks or hand trucks.
- Weigh materials or products to ensure legal weight of trucks.
- Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions.
- Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
- Must follow all required safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- In AccPac, assist in shipping and invoicing completed orders.
- Contacting customers to schedule material deliveries.
- Code and Submit vendor invoices to accounts payable for payment.
- Overtime / weekend quarry lead.
- Product and production quality check
- Cycle counts and inventory check / update as needed.
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are always followed.
- Assist Materials Marketing in shipping and paperwork aspects.
- Assist quarry manager with quarry employee functions and delegation.
- All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Work Environment
This job operates in a stone mill quarry and fabrication shop environment as well as a professional office environment. This role requires use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools, and other tools / equipment related to stone mill quarry and fabrication. This role also may use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, employee is exposed to building materials, stone / tile products, moving mechanical parts and machinery, noise, and dust particles. Employee should abide by all safety standards set form by the location and utilize protective equipment if required. This position regularly works in both inside and outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and other seasonal weather elements.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds with aid. Specific vision abilities required by this job include hearing, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type
This position is currently offered as Full-Time with assigned schedule typically Monday through Friday. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.Work schedule to be assigned by Department Management and subject to change depending on business needs.
Travel
This position does not regularly require travel.
