Associate Multifamily Broker – Multifamily Real Estate Sales
We are seeking a motivated and driven Associate Multifamily Broker to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, underwriting, and closing multifamily property transactions while developing strong relationships with investors, property owners, and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including property owners, investors, and developers, to generate new business opportunities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, and provide insights on multifamily property values, rental rates, and investment opportunities.
- Transaction Support: Assist in all stages of the deal process, including property underwriting, financial modeling, preparing offering memorandums, and managing due diligence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and strategic advice to support their investment goals.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional connections within the multifamily real estate market.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support property promotions, investor presentations, and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interest in commercial real estate, particularly in the multifamily sector.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one shortly after hire).
