Job Summary
Currently, we are seeking a full-time personable, dedicated, and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Marietta, GA. This position provides administrative and project support to the project management team. This position requires a passion for client/customer satisfaction as well as the desire to continually tackle new challenges. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong attention to detail who is eager to do what it takes to be a part of the team and help us grow.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Managers throughout the life of each job which could include:
- Attending meetings with General Contractors.
- Scheduling and ordering materials as well as coordinating their deliveries.
- Keeping detailed records for each job which can consist of, but is not limited to schedules, estimates, drawings, shop drawings, orders, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Use AutoCAD daily to assist with orders and shop drawings.
- Administrative tasks on a project level on an as needed basis.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Construction/estimating experience considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all levels of external and internal clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task with superb accuracy and work both in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to multi-task and switch between jobs frequently on an as needed basis.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to get the job done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills.

- AutoCAD experience or ability and willingness to learn AutoCAD is a must.
- Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook and with either Bluebeam or Adobe Pro DC.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
