Lawn Care Crew Member

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure that lawns and gardens are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Duties

• Maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
