Client Sales Specialist Responsibilities- Manage and nurture positive relationships with clients and customers in-person, understanding their goals and offering sales solutions for services available to them
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer accounts, addressing inquiries and offering support when needed
- Be apart of a customer's sales process from start to finish with setting up their services
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and resolve any concerns
- Track client progress, manage key performance metrics, and provide insightful updates to clients
- Collect and share client feedback to help improve products and optimize client satisfaction
- Proactively identify and address any challenges in the client experience to maintain high service standards
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Previous experience in account management, client success, or customer service is a plus
