Our Entry Level Frontier Agents give each one of our customers the time and attention they deserve as we guide them through their service options rather than relying on impersonal billboards or mailing brochures. We are looking to expand our team and are hiring for our Entry Level Frontier Agent position to continue facilitating how we work with Frontier customers daily! As an Entry Level Frontier Agent with our company, you will learn sales and customer service techniques from our experienced Frontier Agent managers with proven records of success in their department. As we continue to grow and increase our Frontier customers, the Entry Level Frontier Agent is perfect for anyone no matter the prior work experience.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Frontier Agent:
- Interact with customers and discuss sales products and services that benefit them; include any service upgrades or promotions if applicable
- The Entry Level Frontier Agentwill develop sales and customer service skills through hands-on training and work experience
- Manage customer accounts proficiently and process any service orders they are requesting
- Convert Frontier’s potential customers into lasting business relationships by offering quality sales support and customer service to each individual customer creating personalized service solutions
- Work alongside other sales agents to achieve sales metrics and increase client revenue
- Become knowledgeable in all of Frontier product and service offers to customers to be equipped to answer any questions
- Be empathetic towards customers and their current situation to find the best outcome for their needs
Qualifications of an Entry Level Frontier Agent:
- Eagerness to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of individuals around you in a work setting
- Experience prior in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar role
- Comfortable working in a sales and customer service base environment
- Ability to view challenges and obstacles as learning opportunities and be solutions oriented
- Focused on achieving results and improving work skills daily
- Enjoys giving back to Hartford and supporting our local community

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
