Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries regarding the restaurant.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
