Industrial Maintenance Technician - Day and Night shifts available

Schedule: 6 days/wk open shifts: (Days/Afternoons/Limited Night openings)

Job Description:

We are looking for maintenance personnel to join our growing team. As part of the maintenance team, you will perform preventive maintenance on various thermal or electroplating equipment. Troubleshoot and fix machines to ensure optimal operation. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of electrical and mechanics which are crucial to this role. This role also requires physical stamina and strength, as you’ll have to kneel, stand for long hours, and occasionally carry heavy loads.

Responsibilities:

· Mechanically skilled with ability to dismantle and reassemble components for repair or replacement.

· Knowledge of basic shop environment and how different tools operate.

· Knowledge of hydraulics and can troubleshoot electrical issues.

· Ability to read and follow instructional manuals.

· Attention to details and cleanliness

· Tasked with Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repair

Minimum Qualifications Required:

· Five years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role

· Basic understanding of plumbing

· Basis understanding of Refrigeration

· Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads.

· Problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Must be able to pass physical, background check and drug screen.

· PLC Programming, High Volt/ Low Volt Electrical

· Ability to read electrical schematics

· Ability to trouble shoot electrical control circuits

· Fabrication and welding experience

· Thermal treatment and/or electroplating experience

· Boiler Operator License a plus
