ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receptionist Duties:
- Answer and refer all incoming calls to appropriate person or department and represent Company in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- Enters and verifies employee time cards into the system.
- Runs weekly payroll report for Corporate.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned and time permits.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Education and/or Experience
Requires a high school education or equivalent. Average Microsoft proficiency required.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
