Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated CORPORATE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE to join our Atlanta-based office support team. This role involves a range of administrative duties to support internal and external customer service functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- As the primary point of contact, receive and respond to all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Welcome visitors and direct them according to their needs.
- Efficiently manage conference room bookings, meeting rooms, and welcome screens.
- Handle courier packages from UPS/FedEx/DHL securely.
- Support AJC Logistics Management with general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Process internal requests for office or equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors or facilities staff until completion.
- Contribute to event planning for corporate functions and local tradeshows and conventions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Requirements and Qualifications
