Position Summary:
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The Stand Up Forklift Operator will be responsible for shipping and receiving ocean freight containers and trailers at our Jacksonville, Florida facility on the Northside. The ideal candidate is responsible, committed to quality service, and can operate a stand-up forklift. You will be on your feet all day standing or walking on the concrete floor in our 55,000 square foot warehouse. You must be okay working in multiple temperatures.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Load and unload ocean containers.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep high-quality standards for audits
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any inventory or product discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Other duties may be assigned

Education and Experience:
- High School, GED, or equivalent experience
- Stand-up forklift experience required
- Receiving by case count is preferred
- Previous experience loading ocean containers for destination to Puerto Rico preferred
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Shift Time
- Night Shift Monday-Thursday – 3:00 pm to 1:30 am plus OT as needed.
