What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Assistant position at AJH Management?
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Entering in maintenance tickets to address repairs for existing tenants
- being the liaison between tenants and management for all things
- Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution
- keeping package room in order
- applying miscellaneous charges and credit to ledgers, and having a basic understanding of our internal system.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
