As our Automotive Shop Helper - Admin Assistant, you're the turbocharger that keeps our shop running smoothly. You greet our customers with a friendly smile and a reassuring nod as they drop off their prized vehicles for repairs.
With lightning speed, you're entering tickets and invoices into our advanced system, ensuring every detail is accurate. You're the maestro behind the scenes, managing schedules, and optimizing workflow. As the day accelerates, you glide between administrative tasks and lending a hand in the shop area. You marvel at the mechanics as they work their magic under the hoods, knowing you're an integral part of the well-oiled machine that keeps our customers on the road.
SCHEDULE
Your workweek is as smooth as a well-tuned engine - Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No weekends, no night shifts. We believe in work-life harmony and make sure you have time to cruise through your evenings and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to present yourself professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Phone skills
Additionally, the following skills and experience would be a plus:
- Ability to speak Spanish as well as English, fluently
- Experience in the automotive industry and a familiarity with various car makes and models
