Job Description:
- Assemble and prepare bags and boxes according to company standards
- E nsure proper coding and sealing of bags and boxes before packing into cases or onto pallets
- E nsure proper stacking and placement of finished cases on pallets
- Understand different case packs and weight ranges of product
- Report excessive defect levels to the Lead Packer or Team Leader
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a food manufacturing plant is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
