Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Lead and support HR change management efforts, champion employee engagement, and proactively address needs by implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Ensure HRBPs provide proactive guidance and coaching to leaders and employees within their assigned areas of responsibilities to enhance interpersonal skills, strengthen team dynamics, and adapt leadership styles to support a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and high performance by proactively identifying and addressing team needs, ensuring alignment with the company's values and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain settings.
- Advanced degree in HR, Business or a related field and certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, preferred.
- Proven track record of working in a multi-site HRBP model company that has delivered successful talent and culture initiatives through the HRBP model.
- Influential Leadership: Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and influencing leaders across all levels.
- Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success within the current HR model.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
