Leading Talent and Culture Initiatives
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for leading HR change management efforts, championing employee engagement, and proactively addressing needs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to partner with cross-functional teams and drive business results.
This position serves as the primary HR contact for the Supply Chain leadership team, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead HR change management efforts to drive cultural transformation and improve business outcomes.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Partner with Center of Excellence and HR Service Center leaders to execute and enhance HR strategies that align with company objectives.
- Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and high performance by identifying and addressing team needs, ensuring alignment with the company's values and a positive work environment.
- Develop and lead the continuous improvement of the HRBP functions, including staffing, budgeting, and policy administration.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain settings.
- Advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field and certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, preferred.
- Proven track record of working in a multi-site HRBP model company that has delivered successful talent and culture initiatives through the HRBP model.
- Influential Leadership: Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and influencing leaders across all levels.
