Position Overview :
As a Dental Assistant at Jupiter Dentistry, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include :
Preparation : Sterilizing instruments, setting up treatment rooms, and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for dental procedures.Assisting the Dentist : Handing instruments, suctioning, and providing support during dental procedures.Patient Care : Taking and recording vital signs, medical history, and dental charting.Dental Receptionist Duties : Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records as needed.Patient Education : Educating patients on dental treatments, proper oral hygiene techniques, and post-treatment care instructions.Compliance : Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.Infection Control : Adhering to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.Laboratory Support : Assisting with tasks like pouring models, fabricating temporary crowns, and managing lab cases.Required Skills & Qualifications :
