We are seeking a skilled General Dentist or Prosthodontist to join our quality-oriented cosmetic, restorative & implant practice in Jupiter for a long-term associateship position. This is a lead/solo dentist position allowing a competent professional to produce at least $1M- $1.5M the first year with plenty of growth over time. Our practice is surrounded by multimillion-dollar homes where many of our patients want and can afford leading edge cosmetic and restorative dentistry. We have developed an exceptional reputation in the community for quality care and treating our patients special.
Exceptional location and modern upscale facility with state-of-the-art equipment including digital scanners, lasers, electric handpieces flat screen monitors in all ops for treatment discussions with patients. The clinical & administrative teams are highly trained and experienced in presenting and delivering high quality dentistry with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment acceptance.
Opportunity for mentorship in cosmetics, implant surgery and full mouth reconstruction from a highly credentialed lead doctor/owner who practices nearby part time and frequents the office weekly.
We are a private practice, not a DSO or corporate entity.
60% FFS, 40% selective PPO’s. NO HMO’s. Our fee schedule reflects the high quality of our care.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of quality clinical experience with strong skills in crown & bridge, cosmetics, endodontics. Mentorship is available if the new doctor would like to increase their skills in the surgical placement of implants or IV sedation.
Excellent people skills & strong communication skills necessary.
Our practice sees many affluent patients seeking high quality comprehensive dentistry & readily accept comprehensive treatment when properly explained & presented.
Formal cosmetic training is preferable.
The facility could easily be certified for IV sedation if the doctor is qualified.
*Full time 4 1/2 days /week.
*Compensation based on monthly production. Qualified doctor should earn a minimum of $300K the 1st year & grow their income significantly over time.
*Daily minimum guarantee, but a qualified doctor should easily surpass the minimum.
* Profit Sharing opportunities are available over time.
