Lawn Mowing Crew Member

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, tree trimming, groundskeeping, and hardscape maintenance. A strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools will be beneficial in ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and blowing to promote healthy growth.
• Engage in tree trimming and pruning to maintain the aesthetics and health of trees.
• Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, or retaining walls. Only when required/asked.
• Maintain equipment by conducting routine checks and repairs as necessary.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using mechanical equipment and hand tools related to lawn maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
