Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the projects and employees. This position requires diplomatic and result-oriented experience and management skills. Oversees all aspects of the project implementation and manages employees. Supervise the team working on various projects.
Works with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of all projects. Coordinate schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results. Requires excellent written and communication skills. Often reports to product development, project management or marketing executives. This position will report to the CEO.
Work Activities:
· Oversee cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring proper standards are met.
· Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
· Track facility-related expenses and generate reports on maintenance costs, energy consumption, and other key metrics.
· Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.
· Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
· Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
· Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
· Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
· Chair site meetings and distribute information to all project team members
· Track the progress and quality of work being performed
· monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
· Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
· Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
· Review field inspection reports from consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project
· Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
· Keep the CEO and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an environmental management service environment
- Knowledge of floor care and janitorial service
- Associates degree or equivalent management experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
· Understanding of safety regulations and compliance procedures
· Any facility certification is a plus
