Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or similar environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- Must possess valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
