JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is fast-paced and 100% phone-based which allows for a COVID-19 remote work from home opportunity working the graveyard shift Monday-Friday. You will utilize our phone system so it will require extensive phone capabilities. You will be calling insurance companies in the United States to confirm benefits, authorization, and eligibility as well as claims history for medical supplies/equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Insurance authorization experience is REQUIRED.
- MUST have experience in health insurance verification benefits & eligibility preferably with Medicare & Medicare advantage plans.
- Excellent communications skills. Required language(s): literate in the English language.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work full time during the graveyard shift.
- Flexibility to move and adjust quickly to different shifts.
- A work area where there is minimal to no background noise or distractions.
- High School diploma or equivalent. (GED)
