Customer Service Rep / Customer Account Rep
We are searching for a new addition to our team to assist with customer account management. The ideal candidate will need to work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with change. Our growing company needs someone that can be organized and productive on their own as well as in a group environment – must be reliable. An interest in learning new things and going the extra mile to help customers is a must!
Job Duties:
· Daily phone and email contact with customers
· Report management
· Data verification and entry
· Scheduling
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Proficient PC skills
· Excellent organizational and communication skills (bilingual preferred)
· Ability to multi-task
· DOT knowledge a plus
· Friendly and professional
