Foam Party Host
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Foam Party Host to help us deliver unforgettable events.
As a Foam Party Host, you will be the face of our foam party events, responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for attendees. You will oversee the event’s smooth operation, interact with guests, and ensure that everyone has a great time while adhering to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Planning: Coordinate with customer for setup details and utility requirements.
- Asset Pick Up: Pick up vehicle and equipment from company headquarters.
- Detail Orientation: Ensure all necessary items are packed based on checklist
- Party Set Up: Set up foam cannon at event location at least 30 minutes before start time. Ensure foam cannon is operational at start time; troubleshoot any issues.
- Event Hosting: Welcome guests to the foam party, introduce the event, and set a positive, energetic tone.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with attendees, answer questions, and ensure they are having an enjoyable experience.
- Foam Machine Operation: Oversee the setup and operation of foam machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and safely.
- Safety Management: Monitor the foam area to ensure safety protocols are followed, and assist guests as needed.
- Entertainment and Activities: Organize and lead interactive activities, games, and dance sessions to keep the party lively and entertaining.
- Breakdown: Ensure everything is cleaned and finalize payment with customer.
- Customer Service: Address any issues or concerns from guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Asset Drop Off: Return equipment to company headquarters and organize for next use.
- Promotion and Feedback: Help promote upcoming foam parties and gather feedback from attendees to improve future events.
Training:
- Comprehensive training provided at company headquarters and during live events for hands-on experience.
- Once trained, responsible for independently managing parties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a positive attitude
- Reliable and committed to showing up and completing tasks with enthusiasm
- Able to lift and set up equipment weighing up to 50lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work various shifts throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Responsible for updating availability weekly to receive assigned parties based on provided schedule.
Compensation:
$100 per Event, with $25 for Each Additional Hour.
Our typical events last three hours, including travel time, with a base pay of $100. For longer events or those requiring more travel, an additional $25 is offered for each hour beyond the initial three hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
