Asphalt Production and Application Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage asphalt production and application projects, including timelines, estimates, budgets, and resources
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and quality in asphalt production
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Oversee technical documentation, engineering information, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Work with other departments, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to align initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Chemical Engineering. MBA a plus
• PE license a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing certification
• Experience with engineering calculations related to chemical processes
• Experience do you have calculating pump and pipe requirements for asphalt, chemical, or similar process systems
• Experience with thermodynamics and fluid dynamics in process design
• Frequent travel to all sites is required, with an estimated travel commitment of 30-50%.

Salary: $150K-$160K
