RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively communicate with all departments to address manufacturing equipment and process flow issues.
- Collaborate with management and the electrical team to plan preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, including servo drives, Siemens, and Allen Bradley PLCs, and interpret electrical schematics using EPLAN or CAD.
- Maintain Octoplant backups for process controls and controllers.
- Configure and monitor system trends to support operations and preventive maintenance efforts.
- Design and implement control systems to enhance machine productivity, product quality, and process improvements.
- Provide after-hours support for troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-related machine problems.
- Ensure proper machine setup and adjustments in line with OEM specifications.
- Perform cost-effective repairs and track parts usage accurately.
- Follow Swiss Krono safety policies for work permits, electrical tasks, and personnel protection.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement preventive measures.
- Report unresolved plant issues, delays, or obstacles to the Engineering Controls Manager and Electrical Team.
- Monitor equipment operation for potential breakdowns or efficiency losses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix 5000 PLCs (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SEW drives and process control
- BSEE degree from an accredited university.
- Basic computer proficiency for work order and parts management.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
