Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Knowledge of basic construction materials.
- Inventory control
- Materials planning
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management through purchasing and quality control activities.
- Analyze market and delivery conditions to assess current and future material availability.
- Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and new product information, and communicate these insights.
- Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition.
- Monitor and track delayed arrivals from purchase orders.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
