COMPENSATION

Responsibilities:
- Determine purchasing requirements by reviewing inventories and purchase requests.
- Places orders by negotiating price, terms, and delivery.
- Track all purchases, shipments, and invoices.
- Ensures materials, equipment and supplies availability by tracking and expediting delivery.
- Research products and compare prices from various vendors.
- Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate.
- Customer service-Work with people, vendors, managers daily
- Work as liaison between all departments and purchasing, offering assistance as needed to ensure requisitions are correct, PO’s approved and invoices are paid
- Assist with confirming Purchase Orders with vendors
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- SAP
- Inventory control
- Highly knowledgeable of production reports, software systems, and strategic recommendations.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
