Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and legislation.
• Overseeing the company's financial planning, ensuring accuracy, monitoring financial reports, expenses, budget goals, financial loss, revenues, tax obligations, and financial disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
• Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to national and local legal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposed legislation.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
• Develop and maintain financial and accounting policies, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements that are compliant with GAAP.
• Manage all treasury management functions, banking processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with the C-level team and other departments to develop and implement strategic plans, including technological, investment, and performance strategies.
• Managing cost accounting and capital spending, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimizing financial performance.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Driving the company’s financial planning.
• Direct financing strategies, analysis, forecasting and budget management.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
• Previous experience in executive management.
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.).
• Set the company's strategy and direction.
• Create and build the company's culture.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Strong integrity and accountability.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
