Responsibilities:
- Developing designs for land development projects.
- Facilitating site inspections and coordinating feasibility assessments.
- Preparing and executing project plans.
- Calculating estimated project costs.
- Mastering relevant government regulations and codes.
- Collaborating with team members, clients, and public agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Registered P.E.
- Land development design experience
- Demonstrated expertise in land development site layouts, grading and stormwater design, utility design, and erosion and sediment control design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of codes and regulations.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, as well as hydrology and hydraulic modeling software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
