RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
- Ensure all machinery is up to working standards.
- Create CNC Programming for fabrication and machining.
- Controlling machines and processes.
- CAD and Solid Works.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma.
- CNC machining experience.
- Experience with machining techniques and methods of CNC Mill and Lathes as well as tool operating procedures and blueprint reading.
- Basic hand tool knowledge.
- Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Operating CNC turning, and/or milling, grinding, and gear shaping equipment.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Must be able to understand and properly use fixtures and tooling.
- Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
