Compounding Supervisor

2nd & 3rd Shift

Requirements

• Maintain and promote safety, uphold quality procedures, and conduct audits.
• Maximize productivity, organize workforce, and manage timekeeping and production documentation.
• Effectively communicate with all levels, promote teamwork, and uphold strong work ethics.
• Motivate, mentor, train, and develop staff; act as a positive role model.
• Ensure correct batch formulas and mixing procedures; support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or
• Prior Supervisory or Leadership experience
• Blending experience in OTC or food applications is a MUST.
• Able to perform the job functions of a Compounder
• Available to work weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work on an off shift for the next few years
